What Is JXF Series Wall Mount Enclosure ? |

JXF series wall mount enclosure has 30 kinds of specifications, using cold rolled steel totally, made by advanced technology and Newsuper automatic production line which increases its compressive strength and productivity and reduces welding process. The finish is treated by cycle thermosetting epoxy polyester electrostatic spraying and powder coating, nice and durable. The door board of the box is cast by automatic sealing strip casting machine, with the advantages of dust-proof and water-proof, There are outlet holes in the bottom of the box with sealing strip cover which has lP66 protection level. In the box, there is a mounting board, which enables to fix variety electric elements and components. The door board can open flexibly over 90 degrees,normally even under extrusion, changeable from left to right mutually with high strength. lt can not be out of welding and broken.

JXF series wall mount enclosure specifications as follows :

A : Standard configuration: mounting plate, locking system, gland plate, sealing gasket and fixing accessories.
B: Material and thickness: cold-rolled sheet steel
Door: 1.2mm or 1.5mm
Body: 1.2mm or 1.5mm
Mounting plate: 1.5mm or 2.0mm
When the enclosure is less than 800mm high, body and door is 1.2mm THK, mounting plate is 1.5mm THK; if over 800mm high, body and door is 1.5mm THK, mounting plate is 2.0mm THK.
C: Surface: epoxy thermosetting powder coating, textured finish
D: Color: RAL 7032, RAL 7035
